Job summary

Spring Independent School District - Northgate Crossing Elementary, Spring, Texas, is seeking a Pre-Kindergarten Aide to assist in supervising and instructing pre-kindergarten students. The role is nonexempt with 187 days of work per year.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and options for additional education such as an Associate’s degree, 48 college hours, or an Educational Aide II certificate. Prior experience with children is preferred.

• Assist in administering tests to evaluate students’ progress.
• Assist teacher in preparing instructional materials and classroom displays.
• Help maintain neat and orderly classroom.
• Participate in staff development and faculty meetings as assigned.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

The Teacher Pre-kindergarten Aide will assist in the supervision and instruction of pre-kindergarten students.
