Job summary

Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Rehab Aide to support residents and the therapy department in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting in Annapolis, MD. This full-time role involves assisting with daily therapy tasks and ensuring a safe, organized rehabilitative environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred), are reliable and communicative, and enjoy teamwork. Prior healthcare experience is helpful but not required; rehabilitation interest is a plus.

Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Ultimate Therapy is looking for a dependable Rehab Aide to join our therapy department. This position is a great fit for someone interested in gaining experience in healthcare while supporting residents and rehabilitation professionals in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting.

What You’ll Do

• Set up treatment areas and equipment for daily therapy sessions
