Job summary

VeeRteq Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior AIDDLC Engineer to lead customers through Assess, Design, Develop, Deploy and Operate phases in a fully remote US role.

You will drive architecture decisions, own engagements end-to-end and mentor teams on AIDDLC best practices. The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years building production ML or GenAI systems, strong Python, and experience with Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, and IaC.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years building production-grade ML or GenAI systems.
• Fluency across all AIDDLC phases: Assess, Design, Develop, Deploy & Operate.
• Ability to facilitate structured AI workshops and translate outputs into roadmaps.
• Agentic framework experience; prompt and context engineering.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock and IaC tools.

Job description

Role: AIDDLC Engineer (Senior)

Location: US (remote)

Duration: 12 Months +

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the full AIDDLC - Assess, Design, Develop, Deploy & Operate - as both methodology practitioner and technical builder
• Drive architecture decisions and framework execution across all phases; own supporting tooling and automation delivery
• Run AI readiness workshops, use case prioritization, and maturity assessments with business and technical stakeholders
• Own engagements end-to-end with minimal oversight; mentor teams and uplevel customers on AIDDLC practices

Must Have

• 5-7+ years building production-grade ML or GenAI systems; advanced Python
• Fluency across all AIDDLC phases: Assess (readiness, use-case ID) Design (architecture, model/data strategy) Develop (build, integrate, evaluate) Deploy & Operate (launch, monitor, optimize)
• Ability to facilitate structured AI workshops and translate phase outputs into customer-facing deliverables and roadmaps
• Agentic framework experience (Strands, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar); prompt and context engineering
• AWS Bedrock (Models, Guardrails); Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation)

Should Have

• Bedrock AgentCore Services (Runtime, Evaluations, Observability, Memory)
• Agent evaluation experience (offline regression, online monitoring, LLM-as-judge)
• Observability tooling (logging, metrics, tracing); CI/CD pipeline setup
• API Security (OAuth2, ApiKey, BasicAuth)
• Enterprise change management and AI adoption frameworks
• Legacy technology familiarity (Java/Spring, Sybase, DB2, or COBOL) as source context for agentic modernization or integration pattern design
• Financial services or regulated-industry experience (compliance-aware delivery: trade surveillance, data controls, audit requirements)
