Alignerr is seeking an English Writing Generalist to evaluate and improve AI-generated content. You will refine language for clarity, grammar, and style, shaping how AI produces English text across projects.

This remote, hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a team of language professionals on cutting-edge AI initiatives. Strong proofreading instincts and a Bachelor's degree in English or related field are required.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English fluency required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or related field.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong proofreading instincts.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and consistency.
• Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and style.
• Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies that others miss.
• Apply detailed editorial guidelines with precision and discipline.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI output quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
