Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off, all from home and on your own schedule.

Responsibilities include evaluating outputs for naturalness, adherence and realism, and providing concise explanations in English. Flexible hours, fully remote work, and access to leading LLMs are offered.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates are fluent in English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when needed.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and making decisions when both options have flaws.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Eligible applicants from the listed countries (US included).

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos, judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely (zooming in, replaying) to spot issues like motion glitches, text errors, or audio/video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions (adherence, quality, realism) and writing explanations in English.
