Qualifications

• Portfolio or reel with 2–4 samples; include at least one AI-generated video.
• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a Virginia college or university.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Available for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Research customers, competitors, reviews and ad libraries to identify ideas worth testing.
• Turn problems into persuasive concepts, hooks, and 15–60 second scripts.
• Produce finished or testable ads using AI video, images, voice, avatars, and editing tools.
• Design structured experiments to isolate concept, hook, or call to action.
• Read performance signals (hook rate, retention, CTR, CPA) and iterate.
