A pioneering AI company in New Jersey is seeking a Web Developer/Designer to enhance AI models' understanding of design principles. In this remote role, you will evaluate and critique AI-generated designs, providing feedback to help refine aesthetic quality. The position allows flexible scheduling and project selection, with compensation starting at $40/hr for design-focused tasks. An ideal candidate has a strong design background and is fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required, ideally at a native or bilingual level.
• Strong background in UI/UX, web, product, or graphic design is essential.
• Knowledge of visual hierarchy and user flow is critical.

Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs and visuals.
• Evaluate AI model quality for correctness and performance.
• Help train AI models in aesthetic quality and user-centered design.

Skills

Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)

UI/UX design expertise

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy

Interaction design knowledge

Education
