Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with strong interest in AI, digital transformation, business operations, or related areas.
• Foundational knowledge of AI, Generative AI, automation technologies, or digital tools.
• Experience building AI applications.
• Strong curiosity, learning agility, analytical thinking, and openness to challenge conventional approaches with data‑informed ideas.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders and follow up on actions.
• Ability to understand business processes and document needs in a clear way.
• Good organizational skills and task management ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and document AI use cases across GIS/CIO and IT teams.
• Capture process pain points and quantify expected benefits for AI use cases.
• Coordinate workshops, planning discussions, and adoption activities to move ideas to pilots.
• Prepare progress updates for HR, business, and transformation leadership.
• Develop quick‑win AI applications for proofs‑of‑concept.
• Collaborate with IT, Data, Security, HR, and business teams to apply governance and responsible AI practices.
• Build visibility of AI capabilities and adoption maturity across ISS.
