Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Lead to join the AIS R&D AI Transformation core team. You will translate engineering workflows into AI solution designs and lead pilot workflows, coordinating input from domain SMEs across systems, software, hardware, and PMO.

Strong hands-on AI/ML skills are required within a regulated product development environment. You will evaluate tool configurations, drive pilot designs, and ensure successful transfer of validated playbooks to production,

Qualifications

Hands-on AI/ML engineering in a regulated product setting.
Experience turning engineering needs into concrete AI designs.
Proven ability to run pilot evaluations and capture evidence.

Responsibilities

Translate AIS R&D requirements into concrete AI solution designs.
Evaluate tools and integration patterns for candidate workflows.
Lead AIS R&D domain SME input during pilot design and rollout.
Support pilot design, define success criteria and test scenarios.
Validate results from evaluation harness and resolve issues.
Design deployment patterns for retrieval-augmented generation and model integration.
Partner with AI Architects and AI Delivery on direction and hand-off.
Handover validated playbooks as workflows move to production.
Contribute to ownership, experimentation and customer-centric design.
