Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers, manage stakeholders, ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations; include AI-related spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Build the project infrastructure that keeps engagements running: workplans, governance, decisions logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials that clearly communicate progress and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; deliver outputs ready for client review.
• Own quality across all team outputs; coherence, rigor, and client-readiness.
