Job summary

Cisco’s Design Foundations team seeks a seasoned Design Program Manager to lead AI transformation efforts across Networking UX. You will own program governance, roadmaps, and cross‑functional collaboration spanning design, product, and engineering to scale AI-enabled experiences.

Applicants should bring extensive PM experience with design systems, design tokens, and collaboration with security and research teams. This role is based in the U.S. and requires leadership across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design program management or related roles in a matrixed org.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs spanning design, product, engineering, research, and operations.
• Experience driving AI transformation and change management across multiple teams.
• Ability to create roadmaps, operating models, and governance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own program management for AI Transformation and Design Foundations initiatives.
• Build roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and reporting mechanisms.
• Partner with design, product, research, security, AI, and engineering teams to scale AI initiatives.
• Shape prioritization, delivery, measurement, and communication of AI workstreams.
