Job summary

Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to help train and evaluate AI models. If you have clinical experience, we’ll test your skills and, if successful, invite you to join as a Domain Expert participant, where you’ll be paid to contribute.

Researchers may pay up to $65/hr for AI tasks. You can work from home with flexible hours, provided you have a reliable internet connection and a PayPal account to receive payments.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a registered nurse with current license/registration
• Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks for up to one hour
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
• Willingness to self-declare earnings and use PayPal for payments

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate them for accuracy, clinical appropriateness, safety, and reasoning quality
• Compare multiple model answers and select/justify the best response
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback to help models learn where they fall short
