micro1 is a data lab that helps AI labs and enterprises train foundational models and agents. The AI Training Expert will conduct hands-on evaluations of professional tools, design realistic tasks, and document results with clear written feedback.

You will generate comprehensive reports and actionable insights to inform iterative training of advanced AI models, while continually suggesting process improvements in a remote, self-directed engagement.
