Turing is seeking a Software Engineering evaluator to create and refine code datasets for AI training and benchmarking. You will curate code examples and precise solutions primarily in Python across backend services and ML infrastructure, with exposure to JavaScript, C/C++, Java, Rust and Go.

You will evaluate AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability while partnering with researchers and cross-functional teams to enhance enterprise-grade AI-driven coding solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python expertise with production-grade software knowledge.
• Experience building full-stack applications and deploying scalable software.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, debugging, and code quality.

Responsabilidades

• Curate code examples and solutions for AI training datasets.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams on coding solutions.
• Build Python-based verification tools to assess code quality and patterns.
