Qualifications

• 2+ years managing analysts or cross-functional teams.
• 3–6 years hands-on experience in business analysis, consulting, or domain-focused project work.
• Sharp analytical thinker with strong research skills and a high bar for accuracy and logic.
• Skilled at giving detailed, constructive feedback that raises team performance.
• Clear, confident communicator — equally effective with your team and with stakeholders.
• Creative and lateral thinker who can translate complex business concepts into structured content.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• No prior AI experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing AI training material
• Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
• Provide constructive performance feedback, coaching, and professional development support
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and regular updates
• Guide the creation of business case studies, analytical scenarios, and structured content across domains including finance, policy, strategy, and e-commerce
