You’ll join live video calls with other Spanish-speaking participants, chatting naturally about everyday topics while your conversation is used to help AI models better understand how people actually speak.

This is a genuinely interesting way to shape how AI understands human conversation, one call at a time - your natural way of speaking directly helps these models learn to communicate more like a real person.

This is a task based AI Training job that allows participants to choose their schedule and how much they work - there’s no fixed schedule and no minimum hours requirement. Once you have joined the talent pool, you will be asked to complete a short assessment on your language skills. Passing this assessment also opens the door to similar paid projects in future.
