Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
• Apply fundamental UI/UX design principles to tool and application development
• Integrate LLMs into software development workflows to enhance coding efficiency and solution functionality

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality AI tools and applications for workforce adoption
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security across AI tools
• Modify and adapt Free and Open-Source Software (FOSS) to satisfy customer use cases
• Engage directly with users to conduct requirements elicitation and deliver targeted solutions
• Maintain existing customer-facing applications and infrastructure to guarantee reliable service
