Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field.
• Master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in AI and machine learning, with at least three (3) years in senior technical roles leading AI implementations in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in multiple AI domains, including natural language processing, AI forecasting, and generative AI.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale AI projects, preferably in government or highly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated experience in translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, stay current with rapidly evolving AI technologies.
• Experience in AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development methodologies.

Essential Qualifications

• Ph.D. in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
• Professional certifications in AI and machine learning from recognized institutions (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty).
• Additional certifications in data science, cloud computing, or cybersecurity.
• Has training/certification in Agile methods.
• Federal government or financial services industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated broad range of technical knowledge and solution strategy expertise in order to advise on the best technical solution for stakeholder requirements.
• Demonstrated experience with designing architecture including managing change across the environments, supporting automated quality assurance and quality control.
