Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking a Technical Specialist focused on ML and Python, requiring over 5 years of experience in AI/ML development. Ideal candidates will have expertise in telecom systems, strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with 5G networks. The role will involve working with generative AI frameworks and web development frameworks like Flask or Django. A degree in Computer Science or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and Python-based solutions.
• Strong experience in designing E2E BSS solutions across major telecom areas.
• Hands-on experience with major telecom B/OSS COTS like Amdocs and Ericsson.
• Knowledge of TM Forum standards and processes.
• Experience with 5G networks and network slicing.
• Proficiency in Python with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• Generative AI experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, or Llama Index.
• Web backend development with Flask, FastAPI, Django.
• ML lifecycle: training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Data ingestion, preprocessing, visualization (SQL, Pandas, Power BI, or Streamlit).
• Cloud & MLOps: AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform; Git, Docker, CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions in the Telecom BSS/OSS space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product.
• Develop Python-based backends and ML-enabled features.
• Apply Generative AI techniques to real-world telecom problems.
• Manage data ingestion, preprocessing and visualization pipelines.
• Enable model training, deployment and monitoring lifecycle.

Technical Specialist – ML, Python

JD:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and Python-based solutions.
• Domain: Telecom BSS & OSS domain and understanding of fixed, mobile, IoT & convergence domains and related markets
• Business Systems (BSS)- Strong Experience in Designing E2E BSS Solutions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Care areas for CSPs.
• Hands-on experience in major telecom industry B/OSS COTS (Amdocs, Netcracker, Comarch, Ericsson etc.) is must.
• Must have knowledge around TM Forum Standard, Processes
• Experience in 5G Network – architecture, implementation or design, thorough understanding of core concepts like network slicing
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or Llama Index.
• Web Development: Working knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or Django for backend application development.
• ML Lifecycle: Experience in model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Data Engineering: Exposure to data ingestion, preprocessing, and visualization (SQL, Pandas, Power BI, or Streamlit).

Preferred Qualifications
