Job summary

Jobtailor in Coppell, TX, seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end Agentic AI initiatives within an Agile environment. You will align Product Owners, Engineering, and business stakeholders to set roadmaps, drive sprint planning, and manage risks to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Technical Project Management and Agile environments.
Hands-on Python production-grade development experience.
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering.
Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts and multi-agent orchestration.
REST API design, API integration, and OpenAPI specs.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.

Requirements

10+ years of experience
Strong experience in Technical Project Management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with Python for production-grade application development
Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, GitLab Duo, Amazon Bedrock, Cortex, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including agent loops, state machines, ReAct patterns, and multi-agent orchestration
Experience in Prompt Engineering, including prompt versioning, testing, evaluation, and optimization
Knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI specifications, and API integration
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI/CD, and DevOps best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred: experience delivering Generative AI/LLM-based enterprise applications
Preferred: exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP; Amazon Bedrock experience is a plus
Preferred: experience in Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated industries
Preferred: familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, observability, and security best practices

Core Competencies

Demonstrates extensive experience in Technical Project Management and Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on AI solution delivery, stakeholder management, and digital strategy execution.
