Blue Cross of Idaho seeks an AI Technical Lead to design and deliver scalable AI systems across the enterprise. You will combine hands-on engineering with system architecture to bring AI capabilities from experimentation into production, collaborating with product, data engineering and infrastructure teams.

You will mentor engineers, establish standards, and guide deployment of LLM-based solutions while ensuring governance, security and cost efficiency in a hybrid cloud environment.

This role combines hands-on engineering, system architecture, and technical leadership to build production-grade machine learning and generative AI platforms. The position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus (variable depending on company and employee performance). The pay range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, travel requirements, internal equity, business or organizational needs, and alignment with market data.
