Job summary

Epiq’s Advanced Technologies Consultants support clients’ document review needs using advanced analytics, including machine learning and generative AI. You’ll collaborate with the Associate Director and Core practice to apply ML/GenAI to client data, guiding defensible workflows and coordinating with Sales, Managed Review, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of client-facing experience in eDiscovery.
• Proficiency with Relativity and Epiq Discover platforms.
• Experience with TAR using ML and GenAI tools in eDiscovery.
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs).
• Experience crafting prompts for LLMs and evaluating outputs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and data tools.
• Ability to convey complex solutions clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on predictive coding and AI-enabled review workflows.
• Advise clients on analytics tools, workflows, and deliverables.
• Build/manage models in Epiq AI and Relativity aiR; advise on use-cases.
• Develop prompts/instructions for AI tools to improve outputs.
• Explain statistical measures and validation concepts to varied audiences.
• Stay current on eDiscovery, analytics, and GenAI capabilities.
• Demonstrate end-to-end knowledge of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Draft protocols and respond to client specifications.
• Transfer knowledge to internal teams for repeatable TAR/AI workflows.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to thought leadership.
