Job summary

AMD, based in Seattle, is seeking a Systems Validation and SW Architect to develop and execute validation for system-level hardware, firmware, and software within machine learning systems. You will work with architecture and post-silicon teams to identify and resolve complex issues, driving automation and quality across AMD’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/CE/EE or equivalent.
• Experience validating hardware, firmware, and software in ML systems.
• Strong debugging and performance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation procedures for system components in ML architectures.
• Develop automation and validation content for scale-up and scale-out clusters.
• Translate system specs into robust validation plans.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to resolve complex issues.
• Execute validation plans to meet time-to-market requirements.
• Describe validation procedures to stakeholders.
