• Build and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations end to end

• You're a builder at heart and love creating the workflows and systems that get things done
• You understand problems deeply and can take them all the way to a working solution
• You care that it actually works and actually changes impact, not that it looks impressive
• You're hands-on with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and scripting
• You live on the frontier of AI and bring the best tools into real systems

Who this role is not for

• This is not an entry-level role. If you're just starting out or don't yet have real experience, this particular role isn't the right fit
• It's not for someone who needs constant hand-holding or rigid structure. You should be able to take an ambiguous problem and figure it out quickly
• It's not for someone who leans on AI to do the thinking for them and ships work they can't explain or stand behind
• It's not for someone who feels they're done learning. We want people with real experience who still push to get better every day
