Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of software development experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions in production.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, SQL databases, cloud platforms, and container technologies.
• Familiarity with AI security, governance, and compliance best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered applications utilizing large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and agent-based workflows.
• Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend components that support AI solutions in production environments.
• Integrate AI technologies with internal applications, automation platforms, and business systems.
• Improve model performance through prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, fine-tuning strategies, and retrieval optimization.
• Partner with data teams to prepare and manage datasets used for training, testing, and inference.
• Implement security controls, data governance standards, and responsible AI practices, including data protection and output validation.
• Support CI/CD processes, containerized deployments, model versioning, monitoring, and operational readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver long-term solutions.
• Create technical documentation and mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
