Job summary

Lexset is seeking a versatile engineer to build, deploy, and support advanced AI systems in operational environments. You will collaborate with engineering to develop capabilities, improve products, and validate performance with customers and operators in the field.

The role spans software development, AI workflows, data analysis, and customer engagement, with hands‑on testing and field deployments as part of daily work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or AI engineering.
• Strong programming in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with ML, computer vision, AI agents, or related tech.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and performing statistics.
• Able to debug software, infrastructure, networking, and deployments.
• Excellent communication with customers, operators, and partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and obtain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain features across our software platform.
• Build and support full‑stack apps, APIs, data pipelines, and AI workflows.
• Work with AI systems including CV models, CNNs, VLMs, and agentic AI.
