Job summary

EY is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to own delivery, model-serving, routing, and observability for EY’s AI-native platform. You’ll work across cloud, on‑prem, edge, and air‑gapped environments to ship, run, and observe AI workloads.

You will build automated delivery pipelines, manage cost and telemetry, ensure policy‑driven deployments, and coordinate with platform, data, and trust teams to meet regulatory requirements and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in DevOps/MLOps/platform or observability engineering.
• Hands-on CI/CD/CV pipelines and GitOps tooling.
• Experience with inference/model-serving frameworks on GPUs.
• Strong observability stack experience and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience with cost management / FinOps tooling and quota enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Supports DevOps and delivery for AI workloads: CI/CD/CV pipelines.
• Own governance and discovery for AI assets (registries, model metadata).
• Own resource and cost management with quotas and attribution.
• Own the full observability stack: metrics, logs, traces, dashboards.
• Own OpenTelemetry collection layer and multi-tenant signals.
• Automate GitOps-based delivery with policy gates.
• Close the loop between delivery and observability for deployment decisions.
