Job summary

SAIC seeks AI experts for a SETA role on a newly awarded contract to support operational, engineering, and research activities. Successful candidates will be Subject Matter Experts in AI, especially frontier models, and will understand the economic impacts of AI.

Candidates will have AI research experience, emerging model types, and related dependencies to understand counter-AI. The SETA must be adaptable and capable of working independently or in teams under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must currently hold a TS/SCI clearance and active polygraph in order to be considered.
• At least 5 years of post-graduate technical expertise in artificial intelligence or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of demonstrated experience within the Intelligence Community and across multiple IC components and DoD.
• In-depth technical knowledge in frontier AI applications and related domains.

SAIC has 2 immediate openings on a newly awarded contract for Artificial Intelligence (AI) experts to perform in a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistant (SETA) role and support operational, engineering, and research related activities. Successful candidates will be Subject Matter Experts in AI, especially frontier models and will understand the economic impacts of AI. Candidates will also have experience with AI research, emerging model types, and other related dependencies in order to understand counter-AI. The SETA must be adaptable, resilient under pressure, and capable of operating both independently and in team settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or experience can be substituted for the degree


• At least 5 years of post-graduate technical expertise in artificial intelligence or a closely related field
