You bring a sales DNA to close with partners, customers, or investors, and you’re an AI-native builder who treats AI as foundational, not a mere feature. You thrive in ambiguity and ship relentlessly.

Qualifications

• Experience as founder/CEO or senior product leader who shipped real products.
• Sales orientation with the ability to close with partners, customers, or investors.
• Built with AI; can demonstrate AI-driven development.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate your own venture within the Human Agency studio.
• Set the framework and cadence for how ventures are evaluated, funded, and scaled.
• Run weekly studio syncs and be the accountable owner across active ventures.
• Sell the vision to partners, customers, or investors and close deals.
• Deploy AI and agents as core infrastructure, not just a feature.
