Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional experience consulting for or working at a High-Tech company, or a start-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and drive work addressing senior executive priorities in areas like go-to-market, AI integration, and technology modernization.
• Shape organizational and technology strategies, visions, objectives, and roadmaps for tech, semiconductor, and data center clients.
• Identify ways to reduce tactical work and boost operational efficiency using AI and automation.
• Provide actionable insights on product portfolio optimization, monetization, and enterprise-wide efficiency.
• Become a trusted advisor, sustaining relationships beyond individual engagements.
• Mentor junior strategists to accelerate their growth and deliver strong results.
• Managers are expected to contribute hands-on analysis and shape deliverables while guiding teams.
• Own end-to-end work products ensuring quality and client readiness.
• Maintain day-to-day client communications and internal leadership to manage expectations.
• Travel up to 80% as required.
