Job summary

OpenKrill invites ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups with support from experienced serial founders. You will be employed as you build, with optional funding up to €500k, plus weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders and access to a global founder community.

The programme includes extensive personal development, hiring support from a vast network, and coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million euro funding rounds.

Qualifications

• You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
• Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• You will own, build, and run your startup in fields such as AI.
• Undertake extensive personal development crafted by unicorn founders and follow a customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
• Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
• Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
• Iterate your product with us until product-market-fit is reached and receive support in building a sales force or a marketing engine.
