Job summary

Bryant & Stratton College seeks a System Manager of AI Solutions to lead the planning, governance, and execution of enterprise AI initiatives across the institution. This role drives pilots, evaluates vendor tools, and partners with IT and academic units to scale AI responsibly and effectively.

The candidate will oversee AI governance practices, manage vendor relationships, and champion AI literacy and adoption through collaboration with departments and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience managing technology programs or vendor relationships, with AI/ML experience.
• Hands-on experience with current AI tools and large language model applications.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and performance monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive, technical, and general audiences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI vendor solutions against institutional requirements and pilots.
• Design and oversee pilots of AI capabilities including LLM apps.
• Establish criteria to advance pilots to production and retire failed ones.
• Develop and maintain AI governance policies aligned with risk frameworks.
• Deliver AI training and enablement for faculty and staff.
