Job summary

KKR’s Insurance AI team is embedding AI across investment, actuarial, ALM, finance, and operations to surface high-value problems and deliver tools that scale the franchise. You will own full arc from discovery to production, working directly with business units and centralized data, engineering, and AI teams.

This hands-on role requires practical AI and engineering skills, Python, data tooling, and modern AI frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years shipping production software, ideally in a forward-deployed, solutions-engineering, or applied-AI capacity.
• Hands-on Python and data tooling with LLM frameworks and APIs.
• A track record deploying AI/automation with measurable business impact.
• Product mindset with comfort with ambiguity and owning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with Insurance stakeholders to surface high-value AI problems.
• Build and ship AI/LLM-powered tools and workflows end-to-end: data pipelines, agents, automations, apps.
