Job summary

SupportFinity™ is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to bridge cutting-edge AI infrastructure and ambitious teams. You will own technical wins, lead conversations, and architect scalable solutions using Weights & Biases and CoreWeave’s AI cloud.

This role requires strong experience in ML engineering, proficiency in Python, and expertise in cloud-native architectures. You will engage with customers to drive solution designs that translate business objectives into measurable outcomes, while promoting innovative AI practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, ML Engineering, AI Engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying deep learning systems.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build proof of value (PoVs) and partner with Account Executives.
• Lead technical conversations with engineers and researchers.
• Design and deliver compelling live demos and prototypes.
