Job summary

Nucor Corporation's NBT division in Brandenburg, KY, is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to partner with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to design, implement, and deploy advanced technical solutions that solve complex business problems.

Embedded with our divisions, this high-visibility role combines strong engineering skills, systems thinking, and business partnership to accelerate delivery and adoption of modern platforms, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities - focused on solution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant field.
4+ years in a technical role such as Solutions Engineer or Software Engineer.
Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language (e.g., JS/TS, Java, C#).
Experience designing and deploying production applications, integrations, and AI solutions end-to-end.
Knowledge of enterprise systems, APIs, and data flows.
Proven ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and deploy AI-enabled solutions.
Help accelerate delivery and adoption of modern platforms and analytics.
Travel up to 25% to support benchmarking and knowledge sharing.
