What is the Mission?

MAJUS Consulting is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to lead the secure, scalable, and responsible integration of Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini into federal agency workflows. The mission is to unlock the full potential of generative AI by translating its capabilities into mission-aligned solutions that drive efficiency, enhance decision-making, and support digital transformation—while ensuring strict adherence to federal AI governance standards.

What Will You Do?

• Design and implement Copilot and Gemini-based features into existing enterprise workflows.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across business units.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with federal AI policies and ethical guidelines.'Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and data governance teams to support safe AI adoption.
• Lead change management initiatives and provide guidance for organizational transformation driven by AI.

What Skills Do You Possess?

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and generative AI ecosystems.
• Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business or operational solutions.
• Deep knowledge of data privacy, responsible AI frameworks, and ethical AI usage.
• Experience aligning AI use with compliance, security, and federal governance standards.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders across technical and non-technical roles.

Specific Qualifications & Skills

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML integration, enterprise architecture, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience implementing AI-powered tools in federal or highly regulated environments.
• Familiarity with responsible AI principles, data governance policies, and change management practices.
• Background in solution architecture, systems integration, and cloud-based AI deployment is a plus.

Certifications & Additional Skills (Optional)

• AI/ML-related certifications (e.g., Microsoft AI Engineer, Google Cloud AI, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms is beneficial.
