Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will build intelligent, autonomous agentic solutions that streamline business processes, integrate with enterprise systems, and shape the future of AI-enabled work at Baker Tilly.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS or related field and 5+ years of cloud-based development (AWS), with hands-on AI/Agent-based experience on Bedrock and API integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree required.
• Five (5) plus years of experience developing applications in a cloud-based environment (specifically AWS).
• Experience designing and developing AI/Agent-based solutions including agents on MCP servers on Amazon Bedrock Agent Core.
• Strong understanding of AWS architecture, services, especially containers, serverless, security, networking.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript; PHP, NodeJS, and React are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Team with colleagues and clients to design and build applications and infrastructure components for hosting solutions.
• Develop utilities, data fixes, and page-level customizations to support implementations.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff, external vendors, and customer teams.
• Support professional development and team growth through firm learning programs.
