Meketa Investment Group is seeking an AI Solutions Developer to join our Westwood, MA office. You will design and deploy low-code/no-code automation, build AI agent workflows, and integrate AI capabilities into existing business systems.

You will collaborate with the Business Systems Analyst and Senior Software Architect to deliver fast, well-documented solutions aligned with Meketa's standards. You will work on automation projects across core business workflows, focusing on operational

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant software development experience with AI coding and automation.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript with experience building scripts/workflows for AI agent development.
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and AI tools (Power Platform, Pega, Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
• Ability to assess business needs and select appropriate automation approaches (built-in AI features, low-code, or custom scripts).
• Experience with API integrations and connecting tools to existing systems.
• Familiarity with data management practices (extraction, validation, transformation).
• Understanding of SDLC principles, code review, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts and cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Develop and implement low-code/no-code solutions to automate processes and improve data handling and reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to create agent workflows that enhance productivity.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications while aligning with architectural standards.
• Document automation solutions and agent configurations for long-term support.
• Apply development best practices and conduct peer reviews for quality code and solutions.
• Develop metrics to measure automation impact and report findings to stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and methodologies for continuous improvement.
• Connect AI tools and automation to existing business systems through integrations.
