Job summary

Synertex LLC is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Analyst/Engineer to develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions using deep learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic AI. This position requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and encompasses various experience levels from entry to expert.

Responsibilities include analyzing complex datasets and advising on appropriate AI solutions. The role offers full-time on-site work in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must meet specific educational and experience criteria depending on the level.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required, including additional security screenings.
• HS/GED + 6 years experience, Associate's + 4 years experience, Bachelor's + 2 years experience, Master's (experience may be substituted).
• HS/GED + 8 years experience, Associate's + 6 years experience, Bachelor's + 4 years experience, Master's + 2 years experience for Journeyman Level.
• HS/GED + 10 years experience, Associate's + 8 years experience, Bachelor's + 6 years experience, Master's + 4 years experience, PhD + 2 years experience for Senior Level.
• HS/GED + 12 years experience, Associate's + 10 years experience, Bachelor's + 8 years experience, Master's + 6 years experience, PhD + 4 years experience for Expert/Master Level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions using various AI technologies.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and trends and develop AI/ML models.
• Advise on appropriate AI/ML solutions for different use cases.
• Identify potential data security and integrity issues before implementation.
