Job summary

Solü Technology Partners is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable AI systems. You will work with the AI product team, vendor teams, and developers to shape architecture and drive responsible AI initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership in data ingestion, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows, with a focus on security, privacy, and compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience developing AI solutions, including Agentic AI and Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with LLMs, ML, RAG, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience with .NET technologies, including C# and/or VB.NET.
• Ability to design and implement Agentic AI solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including breaking down complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Define end-to-end AI architectures including data ingestion, RAG pipelines, LLM orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Provide technical leadership to internal teams and system integrators.
• Develop technical specifications, architecture docs, and design artifacts for approvals.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, accessibility, and data-governance requirements.
• Establish reference architectures and best practices for responsible AI use.
• Evaluate and integrate AI platforms and vendor solutions with procurement and legal teams.
• Design architectures supporting explainability, bias mitigation, and transparency.
• Collaborate with DevOps, cloud ops, cybersecurity, and data teams to operationalize AI from PoC to production.
• Support AI strategy, roadmap development, and executive briefings.
