Job summary

Electronic Arts (EA) is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to join the Enterprise Intelligence team. The role blends hybrid work in Austin with in-office collaboration to design analytics products powered by LLMs and Generative AI.

You will build end-to-end AI systems, craft prompts, fine-tune models, and orchestrate agents using LangChain/LangGraph. Expect backend/serverless work on AWS/GCP and data infrastructure across graph, vector, and warehouse technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering or applied AI development, with 3+ years in LLM/Generative AI.
• Proficient in Python backend development and cloud-native architectures (AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run).
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, or OpenAI function calling; able to design prompts, fine-tune, and orchestrate agents.
• Knowledge of AWS data and app pipelines (S3, Lambda, Glue, EMR, Redshift, ECS, EKS, SageMaker).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL, data warehousing, vector/graph databases (Neo4j).
• Frontend familiarity (React, TypeScript) and BI tools for full-stack analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered analytics products using LLMs and Generative AI.
• Build end-to-end AI solutions with prompt design, fine-tuning, and agent orchestration.
• Architect scalable backend services and serverless apps on AWS or GCP.
• Integrate graph, vector, and data warehousing technologies for intelligent apps.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate problems into AI analytics.
