Job summary

LILT is seeking an AI Architect to lead technical engagements from pre-sales through deployment for enterprise clients. You will design reference architectures, guide integrations across platforms, and align customers’ tech stacks with localization workflows.

The role requires deep AI/NLP expertise, excellent communication, and a track record in complex services. Based in a hybrid setup with London or Berlin, the position offers collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and

Qualifications

Minimum 4+ years in technical pre/post-sales for language services, language tech, or content management.
Experience with complex services-oriented solutions.
Proven ability to communicate and influence at executive levels.
Subject matter expertise in localization processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

Serve as technical co-pilot from pre-sales to deployment.
Build and present reference architectures, how-tos, and demos.
Align customer tech stack to optimize localization processes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Account teams for smooth transitions.
Develop and maintain customer integrations.
Provide escalated technical support for critical issues.
Iterate internal processes for consistent engagements.
Track trends in multilingual content management and AI.
