Job summary

Siemens Mobility seeks an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions that transform how internal teams work. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, HR, and internal operations to identify high-value opportunities, architect scalable capabilities, and deliver production-grade AI that employees rely on daily.

You will bridge business needs with IT, data, and security teams, shape the company’s internal AI adoption strategy, and guide pilots

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of technical work experience with 5+ years in solutions architecture or data/AI roles.
• Proficiency with LLM platforms, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and modern integration technologies such as REST APIs, Python, and major cloud platforms.
• Experience integrating with enterprise business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS, or customer service platforms) and working with the data that powers them.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences and influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions, including large language model (LLM) applications, intelligent agents, and workflow automation, to improve productivity across functions.
• Deliver function-specific AI use cases for Sales, Marketing, HR, and internal operations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, translate requirements, and maintain an enterprise AI roadmap.
• Architect secure, scalable integrations between AI platforms and enterprise systems with governance guardrails.
• Build rapid prototypes and proofs of concept, evaluate results, and guide pilots to production deployment and operation.
• Champion adoption with training, documentation, and measures of productivity gains.
