Job summary

Workman Labs is helping HP's Print Supplies division move AI from experimental pilots into measurable business value by identifying practical use cases, deploying assistants and agentic workflows, and setting output quality standards.

You will drive user adoption through training, collaborate with engineering, data and security teams, and coach junior teammates toward AI governance and scalable playbooks.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in AI solutions, automation, analytics, product, business systems, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience launching AI or automation solutions with end users.
• Experience mapping processes and supporting adoption with business teams.
• Ability to partner with engineering, data, and security teams.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: experience with LLMs, AI assistants, RAG, agents, and structured outputs.
• Preferred: experience deploying internal copilots or knowledge assistants.
• Preferred: experience creating AI training programs and adoption playbooks.
