Job summary

The Baer Group is seeking an AI Solution Engineer for a 12-month Federal Project in Herndon, VA. The role blends AI consulting with hands-on engineering, delivering rapid POCs using Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AWS data services.

You will partner with lines of business to identify opportunities, translate requirements into AI solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI initiatives. The position is hybrid with three days on site.

Qualifications

• Experience with Python or JavaScript and REST APIs.
• Experience with cloud data services such as AWS OpenSearch and S3.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and RAG.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business processes into AI solutions.
• Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities
