Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced AI/LLM architect to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions in an AWS cloud environment from Chantilly, VA. You will lead architecture and platform engineering efforts, mentor engineers, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in IT/enterprise systems, 4+ years in AI/data science with Python, and hands-on experience with SageMaker Studio, Bedrock, PySpark, and Databricks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience implementing enterprise IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• 4+ years of experience in AI and data science using Python and big data technologies (Hive, PySpark, Synapse, Databricks).
• Experience with AWS AI tools (SageMaker Studio, Bedrock).
• Experience architecting scalable, highly available enterprise cloud environments.
• Experience leading architecture, platform engineering, and development teams on enterprise cloud engagements.
• Experience training large language models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of Big Data solutions and data migration technologies and processes.
• Ability to deploy a production application to an AWS cloud environment.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
