Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking an experienced AI/ML Solution Architect in the Duluth, GA area to define and drive an enterprise AI strategy aligned with retail technology objectives. You will architect scalable AI/ML solutions across the enterprise SDLC and design GenAI solutions for retail chatbots, content generation, and customer service automation.

The role requires hands-on cloud-native development with GCP Vertex AI, strong ML/NLP expertise, and leadership to mentor a hybrid

Qualifications

• Over a decade in IT with 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
• Strong retail domain experience and hands-on ML/NLP expertise.
• Proven leadership in guiding AI/ML engineers and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI strategy aligned with retail tech goals.
• Architect scalable AI/ML solutions across the enterprise SDLC.
• Design GenAI solutions for retail chatbots, content generation, and customer service automation.
• Build cloud-native AI solutions using GCP and Vertex AI.

12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AI/ML Solution Architecture

Strong Retail Domain experience

Hands-on expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning & NLP

Generative AI, LLMs, RAG & Agentic AI Frameworks

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Vertex AI

AI Platform Development experience

MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks or SageMaker

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field

Define and drive enterprise AI strategy aligned with retail technology objectives

Architect scalable AI/ML solutions across the enterprise SDLC

Design GenAI solutions for:
