Job summary

EisnerAmper seeks multiple AI Solution Architects to lead the EisnerAI Platform, shaping the technical architecture for intelligent solutions across tax, audit, outsourcing and advisory services.

You will drive model evaluation, post-training optimization, and the development of agentic capabilities such as TaxPrepBot and ComplianceRiskBot, while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field
• 6+ years of software development with 4+ years in AI/ML architecture role
• 3+ years with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions
• Master's degree preferred (CS, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus)
• Proficiency in Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL
• Deep expertise in Azure AI services ecosystem and MLOps workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead integration across Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents and Applications layers
• Drive model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents
• Lead development of EisnerAI Agent Workforce components (TaxPrepBot, ComplianceRiskBot, DocIntake, M&A Targeting Bot)
• Design agentic frameworks for initiation, execution, state management, logging and error handling
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices
