Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
• Prior patent prosecution experience is required.
• Must be registered with the USPTO.
• At least 2 years of experience as a patent agent is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patent applications for filing with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
• Evaluate the underlying technology of inventions.
• Write legal opinions.
• Provide client counseling.
• Support litigation efforts.
• Offer technical assistance on patent-related projects.
