Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in AI Frameworks and ROCm software stack.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical vision for workload optimization across the AI software stack.
• Lead the profiling and tuning of large-scale AI models.
• Partner with customers to understand workload requirements.

Skills

AI Frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, vLLM, SGLang)

Performance profiling tools (TorchProfiler, ROCm Profiler, Nsight)

Distributed inference and training optimization

Deep knowledge of AI hardware architecture

Strong communication skills

Education

PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
